Try this delicious frozen treat to beat the heat this summer! It is easy to make, and all you need are three ingredients.

1 pound of frozen pineapple
1 1/4 cups of almond milk (or orange juice)
1 tbsp. of honey
Directions
- In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple, almond milk, and honey.
- Blend until it reaches a smooth, ice-cream-like texture.
- To serve, transfer the mixture to a plastic bag and cut off the tip to create a piping bag. Pipe the pineapple whip into 4-6 dishes, and serve immediately!
